Getting Started (1 of 18): This large clapboard summer house in a small-scale seaside village has long been known for its red-shingled roof, its high “Christina’s World” perch, and its enormous lot. The property has been in the same family for several generations, and two years ago it was finally time for a big overhaul. These are shots taken in February, after the first season’s planting. The property is used Summer and Fall; the Winter aspect shown here is not important.
